Age Restrictions?

Some events are ALL ages, some have restictions.
Check the specific event to make sure.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Floats, noodles, towels, sunscreen, water shoes, sunglasses, and beach balls. Your own easy to carry chair. There are only a few on board.

Some good questions were asked:
YES! You can bring alcohol and extra snacks
YES! There is a bathroom on board.
YES! We’re bringing awesome burgers.
YES! We'll have music and a good attitude.

Extra:
If bringing a cooler, it is best if it has wheels.
Bus Tours: Bring / Not Bring

We will give you your souvenir glass when you board.

Here is a list of ideas of what to bring:
- For sure: Government ID, temporary ones are OK
- Water! Some of the stops have them, but bring your own to be ready :)
- Snacks & beverages (Alcohol is OK as long as it stays on the bus)
- Coolers (please bring a soft, hand-held one since they are easier to store)
- Credit Card & Extra cash for extra souvenirs

Extra Items You COULD bring for a special event:
- Decorations: please nothing crass/potentially offensive
- Desserts: Not where the food is served, but at one of the other stops
- Utensils: If you bring a dessert or extra food, please provide your own

NOT allowed:
- Personal Speakers
- Cigarettes, cigars, vape: not ON the bus, there are outside areas though
- Confetti, Glitter, Silly String, anything that is hard to clean up
Charity Donations

We do work with a certain number of charities each month.
But because there are so many wonderful organizations out there, please do not be offended if we cannot support everyone's group.

Please send us an inquiry by selecting business opportunities along with information about your organization.
We will make sure it gets to the appropriate person for consideration.
Deadline to Reschedule?

Most events we have a 72 hour cut-off time to reschedule.

Message us to timestamp your request and we will keep a credit on file until you find a date that works better.

We really want to try to make this easy for you! No need to stress.
Group discounts?

For groups of 3 or more we can create a website for your group and apply a discounted group price.
That way you just send a link to everyone to sign up!
You can track who has registered and we can soft reserve spots so that you are guaranteed spaces for the event and we can customize the look to make it more personal.

All we would need is:
- Date of the event(look at our event page and find which one you want)
- Name you would like to give the group
- Approximate guest count
How do I use a voucher?

We sometimes team up with companies that offer deals on our events.
Just go to our event page, find the event you like, select the number of tickets the voucher covers, and enter in the voucher code (usually under the bar code.)
Keep in mind you may have to take care of alcohol fees as that can only be purchased through us.
Sold Out! Are there options?

Our events typically sell out a week or more before the date and those that have signed up have already paid for their spots.

There is a chance that some may cancel so just shoot us an e-mail and we will get you on the wait list
We do ask that you not just show at an event, It may create confusion and let-down.
Weather: Do we cancel?

Depending on the type of event, it might be "rain or shine."

In any case, the website for that specific event will be updated every hour if there are any changed.
Winofest: Bring / Not Bring

Mostly just yourself and a good attitude!

- Acceptable ID for showing your age
- Water - there is some there but you can bring your own
- Personal Chair (we have some but if you have a favorite, feel free to bring it)
- Phone, Camera, Wallet
- Credit card for gift purchases from the vendors

"We have attended 2. Wouldve been 3 but I misread the dates on the one in our hometown. Great way to get out and find different areas we wouldve never explored. San Antonio's parking was a beast, but my small car took care of that. Ample parking in Temple/Belton and spaced out and had AC. We noticed less wineries at this past weekend's, but we still had a great time at a nice venue/location! A list of confirmed vendors might be a comfort for future attendees. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her purchases. We were able to sample lotions, and chocolates, and jerky and even bacon, as well. We saw some faves from San Antonio and were able to replenish out fave wines, and grab some we didnt before. It was great. I wish the local winery Dancing Bee was in attendance, with their meads, or even Valley Mills bc Ive never tried them. The live music of Mr. Rozell was great all around, but the relaxing wine needed the uptempos to not get too relaxed. The Jones' food truck was tasty per usual. They are a Killeen staple. It would be nice to have other food types as well. The tasting is an excellent price and very smart to charge in that way. Like Germany and its fests, if you charge less for entry they are likely to pay more. We definitely purchase more, but its a treat to try the wines before purchase.
